Well, it's day 8 of my blogging...
As I mentioned in one of my last posts, on Tuesday night my Dad and I attended a free workshop put on by Rich Dad Education (a company owned by Robert Kiyosaki, bestselling author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad, of which I'm a big fan), and it ended up being two hours of a very thought out sales pitch. But it was a good experience all the same...
one thing I did find helpful was this: I have noticed more and more lately that rich and financially secure people all talk and think the same. The good part? I found out that I'm reading all the right stuff, the stuff that all the financially successful people read.
The man conducting the workshop has at least two corporations that he funs here in south Fl. He mentioned during his presentation a few people that are on my reading list; names like:
Zig Ziglar
Thomas Edison
Donald Trump
and others
So I guess I'm on the right track... although I still have a lot to learn:)
